That’s why we’ve crafted a Returns & Exchanges policy that honours our commitment to your satisfaction while preserving the integrity of our historical treasures.
Our Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most unworn, unaltered, and undamaged items within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging.

The Returns & Exchanges Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps from our Melbourne boutique:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, please send us an email at [email protected] using the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and the template provided below. Our friendly team will respond with a Returns Authorisation Number and instructions within 2 business days.
- Pack Your Item: Carefully pack the unworn, unaltered item in its original packaging. Include your original order receipt or a copy of your order confirmation email.
- Ship It Back: Mail your return package to the address provided in your authorisation email. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as you are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping until the item arrives at our boutique. Our address is:

Australia - Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item (typically within 5 business days of arrival), we will process your refund or exchange. We will notify you via email.
Refund Timelines & Methods

- Timeline: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we have approved your return.
- Method: Your refund will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that your bank or payment processor may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
- Shipping Costs: The original cost of standard shipping is non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send your new item to you.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your historic garment arrives damaged or if we have sent the incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will gladly arrange a free return and expedite a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs.
