Shipping Methods & Timelines: We offer two trusted methods to deliver your historical pieces across the globe (excluding Asia and some remote regions).

  • Standard Shipping (AUD $12.95): We entrust your package to DHL or FedEx. Your order will typically arrive within 10-15 business days after it leaves our studio.
  • Free Standard Shipping: For orders over AUD $50, we are pleased to offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

You will receive a tracking notification once your order has begun its journey, allowing you to follow its path to your door.

Our Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be utterly delighted with your piece of history. However, we understand that sometimes a garment may not be the perfect fit for your intended portrayal. Our policy is designed to be fair to you while protecting the integrity and hygiene of our unique collection.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most unworn, unaltered, and undamaged items within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

The Returns & Exchanges Process

  3. Ship It Back: Mail your return package to the address provided in your authorisation email. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as you are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping until it arrives at our boutique.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (typically within 5 business days of arrival), we will process your refund or exchange and notify you via email.

Timeline: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we have approved your return.

Method: Your refund will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that your bank or payment processor may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
