Eligible Items:

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receipt
• Items must be unworn, unaltered, and undamaged
• Original tags must be attached and items must be in original packaging

Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable):

• All costume wigs (all styles)
• All costume hats (including fascinators and headpieces)

Return Process:

• Include your order number, item name, and reason for return
• We will provide a Returns Authorisation Number and instructions
• You are responsible for return shipping costs and risk during transit
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
